The Richest Man in Babylon is a book that Jim Rohn always recommended and later become my book to read before going to bed. The book is a fable about a lost town called Babylon and the characters of these book are very similar in to a lot of people we know who let time and money slip right through their hands as if they have no control over things that are happening to them.

George Clason used to write a lot of leaflets just to help people in the financial sector back in the days and this particular leaflet kept getting circulated about a city known as Babylon, which he then turned into a book.

The Alchemist is the only book that combines magic and wonder in a way that enables this book to touch so many people over 25 years. The book is about a kid who wants to live his dreams despite what his parents wanted and he just travels.

The book is a really good reminder of why we should always listen to our heart and
follow our dreams. As a bonus this book teaches you a few words which may help you if you travel to Africa. Honestly worth a read.

If that's not enough the book has over 11,000 positive reviews on Amazon.com. I also once read that this is the most sold book after Bible. Wow!
